Buyer’s, Ask the Questions!
As an accredited buyer’s agent, I always advise my clients to ask me questions. There is never a silly question. The homebuying process is an interesting, yet, overwhelming time. Purchasing a home opens up many emotions and sometimes you may feel like you are bothering the agent, or you feel that maybe, you can just wait to ask that question. I let my clients know, I would rather you ask me, when you think of it, then to let it pass and bother you down the road. If I don’t know the answer to your question(s), I will find the answer for you. Believe it or not, this consumer product and the laws that govern real estate are always changing. So, your question may be a real good one. The team that I have works together, for the benefit of you, our buyer client. We want you to have a good, positive experience with your new home purchase. Whether it be a legal question, a home inspection concern, or a question about the purchase and sale contract, I will do my best to have an answer for you. When we meet for our first appointment, I will provide you with my contact information. Until then, if you have a concern, please write it down and then, bring it along with you to our first meeting.
